Project Overview
DosingMadeEasy is a Laravel web application for calculating medication dosages adjusted to patient conditions. It supports healthcare professionals and facilities in determining appropriate dosages based on patient age and demographics, renal impairment (CrCl, eGFR, GFR), hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh classification), disease-specific treatments and medicine-specific adjustments — with OpenAI-powered analysis and vectorized medical data. Individual users and multi-user facilities (hospitals and colleges) are supported through subscription-based access.
My Role
- Sr. Software Engineer (Developer & Lead) — built from scratch, start to end
- Engineered and developed the complete backend & APIs
- Built the frontend structure and base components (Vue 3, Pinia, Tailwind)
- Analyzed and structured the medical data powering dosing calculations
- Set up CI/CD and Dockerized deployment on EC2
- Reviewed PRs as lead
